privacy & discretion

At Come As You Are we believe in protecting your privacy and we promise to be discreet in all of our communications with you. We will never share, rent, lend or sell your information. Any order that you place online, in-store or over the phone will be shipped in a plain cardboard box or padded envelope. We are required to provide our return address on the shipping label, but only our street address will be displayed on your package (not our company name). Our store name 'Come As You Are' will not appear anywhere on the exterior of the package.

warranties & returns

We cannot accept returns on sex toys unless they are defective. We will exchange any product that malfunctions within 30 days from the date you received your order. In addition, all electric and rechargeable products have a full one-year warranty. Many silicone and leather goods have a lifetime warranty. If you have a defective item that needs to be replaced, please contact us so that we can arrange to ship you a new item free of charge.

If you're not sure if your product is still within the warranty period, or if you're having trouble with a product outside the warranty period, we may still be able to help. Please contact us at mailorder@comeasyouare.com

We cannot accept returns on video or audio tapes unless they are in their original packaging with the seal unbroken. If a tape is defective, we will replace it with the same title.

Other items may be returned for exchange or credit, within two weeks from the date you received your order provided they are in re-sellable condition.
