delivery & processing times

All orders are processed daily by 9AM EST. Any order received after 9AM may be processed on the following day. Please see below for guaranteed rush delivery times.

Please note, carrier allows for delays in rush delivery under extreme weather conditions. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day if there are extreme conditions in your area the day of delivery.

Canada Post XpressPost

Our standard shipping is via Canada Post XpressPost. Canada Post XpressPost takes between 1-4 days to get to any major centre in North America. Shipments within Ontario and Quebec usually only take a couple of days to arrive. To find out approximately when your order will be delivered, please view the delivery times chart below (courtesy of Canada Post).

XpressPost Shipping to the United States should arrive within 3-5 business days. International XpressPost shipping should arrive within two weeks. International Regular shipping should arrive in 2-6 weeks.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due customs or confiscation by customs. All duty, taxes, and brokerage charges must be paid by the customer.
