I rated this toy a "2" only because the controls are absolute garbage. I had to return my original one because the controls did not work from the start. The replacement worked for a few months, started acting up, and now don't work at all... and that's only after a year with little usage. I have to say that when the controls were working, it was an awesome toy... the vibration variety & intensity were provided great stimulation and enjoyment. I just feel for this amount of money, a little more "quality control" should have been put into the controls.
