Sex, Breath, and the Pelvic Floor Workshop

Learn to apply simple breathing techniques to enhance your sex life and improve the support structure of your body. A pilates instructor will walk you through the ins and outs of your Pelvic Floor using practical cues and exercises you can do at home. We will feel our breathing and it's connection to our pelvic floor and through that discuss the potential for orgasm and continence control.This workshop will address common problems including erectile/orgasmic difficulties, bladder control, orgasm function as well as the effects of aging and childbirth on the health of your sexual and continence muscles. Oral exercise notes will be given at the end for anyone who wants them.
