OK, I like the idea of the Egg, but using them seems to require a knack that I don't want to acquire. The lube on the inside makes its way to the outside in short order and I lose my grip, and...if you can afford it, just get the Tenga Fliphole!

So I bought one to test it out and went back to the store the next day to get the 6 pack since it was AMAZING. I recommend them for especially transguys since it is versatile enough to accommodate any size. Lube it up and enjoy! But one bad thing is that they're very temporary, I've gotten about 3 uses so far and it's still ok to go but it's no permanent fix.
