No hassle with the return process though, warranty was good for a year yay CAYA -1 Replaced with the pink model (he didn't want the potential of the same production line) and the first 3 settings were the same, but the last 3 were entirely different. I would have liked consistency with the motor between the colour variations, but it was a pleasant surprise. Vibrations are amazing, I can be quite sensitive and no problems, but the higher levels are there when I need them. I mostly stay on the green setting (it has a light to show intensity) and finish on orange, but the red is amazing as well on those 'other' days. Not overly noisy, love the fact it's cordless, and it will last 6+ hours on a single charge. Well worth the money, even after the initial faulty motor. If it's your first vibe, the black has the friendlier settings for a beginner, the pink is better once you know what works for you and is much more teasing with the final setting ;)
