how to clean a binder

Binders should always be washed in cold water, preferably by hand. Although both the Underworks and Double T binders are machine washable, your binder will last longer and retain its elasticity longer if you wash by hand. Hang your binder to drip-dry on a hanger instead of using a dryer.

When you're putting on your binder, or taking it off, try to be gentle with the material. If you need to pull or stretch the binder, try to do so from the bottom so you don't stretch the upper parts of the binder out of shape or tear your binder. In particular, the Double T Long-Cut Binder can be prone to ripping inside if pulled from the seams around the neck and shoulders.
