Education is a priority at CAYA - from our educational outreach program to our in-store workshops, we want everybody to have access to the information they need.

Our cooperatively owned and run sex shop makes an exciting setting for your private party, whether it be a bachelorette, birthday party, or just a get-together with friends.

We offer two hour private workshops right here in the store or at your home, after hours, to accommodate your party of up to thirty participants. Your private party includes a hands-on tour of all of the latest and classic sex toys, DVDs, and books; lube/condom samples and info, and tips and suggestions on how to make the most of the toys you have. Discover the mystery of the toys you have seen and have no idea how, who or why folks would use them! We don’t claim to be sex educators but if there is one thing we do know it’s toys - so come with questions and if we don’t know the answer we will do our best to find out! Let us know in advance if you want to learn about specific topics and we can customize a workshop to suit your needs.

A portion of the cost goes directly toward a gift basket of goodies for the bride/groom/birthday folk/host.

private workshops

Come As You Are offers some of our workshops privately to small groups either in our store after hours or in your home. Costs range depending on the topic and location. If you're interested in one of our workshops and have a group of six or more, contact our educational outreach coordinator at outreach@comeasyouare.com

workshops for colleges and universities

Come As You Are's educational outreach program offers subsidized workshops created by a certified sexuality educator to colleges and universities. These events are not sales events (we may bring some products by special request) and are designed specifically for your organization. Only available to not for profit student groups.
