Sometimes women, trans folks, and femme of centre people will use breast pump cylinders in conjunction with hormones to change the size and shape of the breast. Pumping regularly (e.g. 1/2 hour a day each day) will increase blood flow, and stretch the skin to help change and develop the area. Additionally, sometimes folks will use breast pumps before having breast surgeries. These breast pump cylinders are an exciting addition to our selection of USA made LA Pumps products. The small cylinder measures 4" at base; medium cylinder measures 4.75" at base; the large measures 5.5" at base and the xl measures 6.25" at base. Sold individually.

Best used with a thick water-based lube to create a good seal between the cylinder and the body.

Good quality breasts cylinders but they lack a sleeve for confort

We are using both the small and the medium cylinders for pumping fun, with the brass pump purchased separately. They look sturdy and have no issues with sealing, no air leaking. As directed, better to use some lube to promote a good seal. Only issue is that there's no sleeves coming with these cylinders so when you get accustomed to more vacuum pressure or more play time, it hurts the ribcage or the skin. For the small cylinder you can "tweak" an universal penis pump sleeve by removing part of the center, but it's far from ideal, it's also stretching it to its limits. We have found no solution for the medium cylinder, because we didn't find big enough sleeves. That's why I put 4 stars instead of 5.

They don’t work

The lack of any silicone along the edge makes this impossible to use for skinnier folks. It fits my boobs for the most part, but the seal gets ruined along bonier areas, ie the ribs directly below the boobs. This does not seem well designed.
