While Kegel exercises can be done without anything inserted, with any exercise the effectiveness is increased by adding weight and resistance to the exercise. LELO Beads Plus gently vibrate kinetically in response to the body's movements. This unique biofeedback helps the pelvic floor muscles naturally tone around the beads. 

There's a lot of mythology surrounding Kegel beads (sometimes known as Ben Wa Balls), but the truth is, wearing these around the house or on the subway is very unlikely to produce spontaneous orgasms. However, if Fifty Shades of Grey has taught us anything, it's that kinetic sensation in the body can amplify other play, such as spanking.
