The fact that it's hard plastic and waterproof makes it really easy to clean. The adjustable speed and tapered tip makes it great for first-timers (like me) who aren't quite sure what size and/or speed they want. Use fresh, good quality batteries if you want lots of power, since it starts to slow down as the batteries drain.
