A very sturdy pin with two posts on the back to secure it. It looks great on my bag and signals to folks at my clinic and out in the world that I'm super into reproductive health. My only suggestion when purchasing would be to buy some locking pin backs to replace the standard ones this comes with, just for extra security so it doesn't fall off (but this is a suggestion for all pins, and not a criticism of this one).
