Oct 22 📚 The New More Than Two: A Philosophical Reimagining Book Launch

🗓️ Thursday October 22, 7PM-9PM

Come celebrate the launch of the paperback edition of The New More Than Two: A Philosophical Reimagining of the Classic Nonmonogamy Guide by Eve Rickert and Andrea Zanin, with a new afterword by award-winning SF/F author Nalo Hopkinson!

For the occasion, Andrea will be in conversation with nonmonogamy community organizer extraordinaire Eva Dusome. Join these two local thinkers for a friendly and stimulating chat about the book and all manner of things nonmonogamous and political.

Eva Dusome is a mixed race Two-Spirit genderfluid queer living with disabilities. They strive to experience their relationships through the teachings of All Our Relations and the tenets of relationship anarchy. She lives on her ancestral lands of the Anishinaabe shared in kinship with the Haudenosaunee, specifically in Head of the Lake, Treaty No. 14 territory that settlers renamed as Oakville. Pronouns: Fluid // They / Them | She / Her.

Andrea Zanin, MA, is a white, nonbinary, middle-aged queer writer living in Tkaronto (Toronto, Ontario). Andrea has written for the Globe and Mail, The Tyee, Bitch, Ms., Xtra, IN Magazine, Outlooks Magazine and the Montreal Mirror. Their scholarly work, fiction and essays appear in a variety of collections, and they’ve authored two books: Post-Nonmonogamy and Beyond, and The New More Than Two with Eve Rickert. They’re working on a memoir about kink and chronic pain.
