Shipping policy
We ship all of your orders via Canada Post from our location in Ontario, Canada, and we take every effort to ensure that our shipping is always fast and discreet. All orders are shipped in nondescript cardboard boxes and padded envelopes, and our store name will not appear anywhere on the exterior of your package. We also offer Next Day shipping on weekdays when available.
How To Order
Online Ordering
This is the fastest and easiest way to order from us. As you browse through the site you can add items to your shopping cart by clicking the "order" button. You can change or remove items from your shopping cart at any point. When you're ready to check out just click on the checkout button on the tool bar at the top of the page. We accept payment via e-transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Visa Debit, cheque, and money order.
Order By Postal Mail
You can use the shopping cart system to generate a printed order which you can then mail to us. You can pay for your postal mail order via Paypal, e-transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Visa Debit, cheque, or money order.
Cheques and money orders must be issued in Canadian funds and cheque orders will not be shipped until the cheque clears (7-10 days). Cheques and money orders can be made out to 'Come As You Are' or 'CAYA Co-operative Ltd.'

Delivery & Processing Times
Please note, Canada Post and UPS allows for delays in rush delivery under extreme weather conditions. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day if there are extreme conditions in your area the day of delivery.
Canada Post
Our standard shipping is via Canada Post Expedited or better. Canada Post Expedited takes between 1-4 days to get to any major centre in North America. Shipments within Ontario and Quebec usually only take a day or two to arrive. To find out approximately when your order will be delivered, please view the delivery times chart below (courtesy of Canada Post).
Shipping to the United States should arrive within 4-6 business days.
We cannot be held responsible for delays due customs or confiscation by customs. All duty, taxes, and brokerage charges must be paid by the customer.

Shipping Rates
We ship all orders via Canada Post to ensure that all packages arrive in a timely fashion. Canada Post Expedited service can be expected to take one or two days within Ontario and Quebec, and takes about four days to other major centres in Canada and the USA.
Shipping on Canadian orders is free on all orders over $75.
