For best results, measure around the widest part of the chest with the arms down. These binders are designed to fit small, so go up a size if you'd like a looser fit.

great. I do find the stitching a little irritating. I also think there should be a third length option, one in-between the two already available.
The first one I ordered tore a bit when I tried to remove it. Customer Service determined that it was likely defective, so they sent me another. The new one works beautifully!
I've been binding for about a decade now, and have tried a lot of binders in that time. I found the cut and structure of this one very uncomfortable, and oddly stiff. I think if you're on the slimmer side you'd probably be fine, but I'd not recommend this for anyone larger than an XL.
