After years of living in the big city, I've moved back to my small town home town, and the selection of sex toys here is terrible. There's nothing available for trans and non-binary people at all! Anyway, I need to find a new packer but everything i'm finding looks like i'm sporting a HUGE hard on. Your dilemma is one that trans and non-binary folks have been dealing with ever since we stopped having to hand-make our packers out of condoms and hair gel (true story). Look, there's a time and place for everything - those porn star sized packers are great for a night out at a sex club or play party, but sporting a huge hard-on when you're trying to apply for a new job or going to the bank doesn't always go over great. I mean, I guess it depends on where you do your banking, but I digress.
Definitely let me know know which packers you've found too big in the past so I can give more specific advice, but we've always really loved the Fleshlight Ultimate Packer XS because it is actually the most realistic in terms of size and shape and it is super reasonably priced too. The shaft tends to stick out a bit at first (because it isn't as uh, top heavy as the other sizes so it doesn't succumb to gravity in the same way), but if you pack to one side or the other and keep the side consistent, it tends to flatten out pretty quickly. It is compatible with all of the packing straps and packing harnesses that we stock, so that's nice too. The Ultimate Packer Small is a good size too and sits flatter against the body.
If you'd rather something silicone, the New York Toy Collective Archer and Pierre are super soft, have reasonably-sized balls, and sit nice and flat against the body. It is compatible with the same straps and harnesses, but it definitely more expensive (although it will last longer than the non-silicone packers). The Sam STP is also an excellent packer, even if you don't use it to stand-to-pee. They make a silicone insert for it so that it can be used for limited penetration play too (it is pretty short, so you know, the depth is limited). There are also smaller versions of the Archer and Pierre available, but they're maybe almost too small?
