I've had the progasm now for 4 months. I've found the secret to using it is having a clear mind. If you are worried someone will walk in on you, or you have to keep checking the clock it won't work. You litterly need to have nothing to do for an unlimited amount of time to fully release and enjoy this

Aneros makes a very sound product, the finish and quality of this toy is very good. However, the design and/or unforgiving material makes this uncomfortable (for me) to wear for long periods of time, something that is often necessary for prostate stimulation. I regularly use toys far larger than the Aneros Progasm but I have yet to have a session without discomfort/fatigue when using this toy.
