While it's a sizable piece, once it's in, it's not especially noticeable thanks to the super slim "neck." The only stretch you'll get is the moment it goes in, but afterward it's hardly noticeable - except for the "neck" being about an inch too long. This results in it applying upward pressure when sitting, because it's effectively too long. Rather than the base and the bulb "pulling" together, the base sticks out so that when you sit it pushes upward with the plug pressing up against your insides.

If the "neck" were thicker for more external stretch, and about an inch shorter so that it doesn't push so far up inside, it'd be amazing. Instead, I find myself regetting the purchase (though it's definitely still fun in certain other ways, just not for general long-duration wear).
