I made this zine after going through a breakup that hit me really hard. My mental health declined and I have since put a lot of work and thought into recovering from it. I learned a lot (I'm not necessarily saying it was worth it, but at least there's a silver lining) and now I want to share what I learned about navigating emotional pain and clawing my way up from a dark place. I hope it is helpful.
