I would disagree and say that the vibes are more of a medium intensity and the sound is pretty quiet. It's a quiet buzzing sound when on the highest setting. You would probably only hear it if you were in the same room as the toy.

The only downfall is that the toy is short (which is fine since I am not looking for lots of length) but it's uncomfortable on the wrist! A longer handle would make it easier to manuver. And while the vibrations are fine during internal use, I wish they were a bit stronger for clitoral stimulation!
