I've been told this is reasonably rumbly, as far as vibes go! This was my first vibe, and at this point I only have my LELO Siri 2 to compare it to, so all I can say is that it's somewhat less pleasant than that. (Not at all surprising, obviously, given the difference in price!)
The outside is hard, with a velvety layer of silicone that gives it a lovely texture. The different patterns were kind of fun, but both the patterns automatically have the vibrator on the strongest setting, so you either have to want it to be intense or stick to the normal rumble if you need something gentler. Recharging it wasn't always easy, since the charging cord is quite short, but I loved the glowing light at the base that easily indicated when it was charging vs. fully charged. It lasted about two years of infrequent use before the vibe started malfunctioning and died permanently.
Was good while it lasted but the motor died quickly. Also charged slowly.
