This is a perfect toy. I went from the medium to XL, skipping the large. That is probably not the best idea, but I am so glad to have the 2.0! The weight is so good. So, the measure is across the widest point but not diameter X 3.14 inches to get the circumference.

my favorite plug, so heavy and big but with a nice thin neck. Stays in place. Then ring at the base protrudes a bit when wearing it so be aware it might not be great for sitting with it in for long peroids.
