This binder is a great option for folks (such as trans men, FTMs, gender queer people, and more!) looking for a sturdy binder, as well as a full range of motion. It binds down to the bellybutton, giving awesome chest coverage with three layers of nylon & spandex, while leaving the wearer free to move around. Some folks will take the bottom of the binder and roll it up a bit to avoid compressing the belly- a great compromise between having a flat chest and comfortable body.

Three powerful layers of medical industry grade 70% nylon and 30% spandex throughout the front, and a single back layer, provide maximum comfortable chest binding.

Binder Sizing: With arms down on side, take a snug measurement around the fullest part of your chest. All measurements below are in inches.

It works

I love this binder! And often forget I'm wearing it lol, But mine has this very, and i mean VERY obvious bump, Like I have to pull my binder down and roll the bottom slightly so there isn't a bump at the top. I find its visible under plain t-shirts but it works well with hoodies and patterned t-shirts!

Best binder ever!

So, I’ve tried four different brands of binders and while they’re all okay, there were issues with all of them - either they were uncomfortable, or made bulges in weird places, or stretched over time, or started to fall apart fairly quickly after purchase. I have had none of those issues with Underworks. They retain their shape after lots of use (yes, I wear my binders longer than 8 hours a day), they’re easy to clean, they don’t fall apart and they fit really well. Most importantly, they do an amazing job binding my chest (I have a lot of tissue to bind). And they’re made in North America, and they are very reasonably priced - so much more value than the other binders I’ve tried. I love both the long and midriff versions (the long ones have the added bonus of smoothing any rolls or lumpiness out, too!). I just bought 3 more. Go buy these!

Only thing that has worked for me

I have messed up back muscles and all other binders I have tried (even way more expensive ones) have resulted in pain except this one! Had to go a size up because of my broad shoulders.

great binder

super effective, im purchasing another one because my current underworks binder is falling apart from use (i know now that they last about 3-4 yrs of daily use before the material gives out and loses elasticity, gains holes, etc). compresses very nicely, makes my chest mostly flat and ive never had issues with breathability, chest pain or tightness, etc.

Great binder

This was my first binder and let’s just say I’m very glad I went with this. It compresses very well and makes my chest a lot flatter. The material is comfortable and breathable and I haven’t had any problems with it digging into my skin. If you have rolls and are big chested like me, prepare for it to roll up lol, but that doesn’t really bother me. Also fairly easy to put on and take off, contrary to what I’ve heard.

It’s a great binder to use

Great binder!

This is my first binder and I'm already loving it. The three layers do a great job at compressing.
I had a little bit of chafing in my underarm area but turning it inside out fixed it!

Works well!

I have a very large chest (used to wear an E cup), and this binder has worked for me throughout my transition! It compressed enough in the very beginning, and still works after taking hormones and having body fat move around. Took some time to break it in, but well worth it!

love this binder, I find the compression to be great.

love this binder, I find the compression to be great and although it can be a little hard to get in and out of it is totally worth it for me. Compared to the full length binder I would go a size up as I find the trip top fits smaller.
