Good vibrations, simple operation and don't have to worry about battery. Gets a little hot after a while, so I would stick to the 25 minute limit the manufacturer recommends.

So powerful! I have not found another toy that rumbles like this one.
The plug in one has a deeper rumble then the cordless. Much preferred
