LA Pumps 3 Inch Cylinder

I've been using this cylinder for a couple of weeks now and it's definitely just the right size for me. It's easy to clean, easy to visualize your growth in to check for edema or blood flow issues. However, it did arrive with a few scratches on the cylinder, but they don't impact it's function. I do wish, as another reviewer also mentioned, that it had a cushion ring or even just slightly more blunt edges. I do get a little skin irritation when using it, especially if I've recently shaved. I did find some silicone sleeves on Amazon though, and was able to adapt one to fit the bottom of this cylinder to make it more comfy. I wish for the price though, that a cushion ring was already on the base of it.

These cylinders are really well made, feel strong and no sharp edges! Still could be improved for comfort with a cushion ring like penis pumps have but no one seems to manufacture them for cylinders smaller than 1.5 inches. I've heard using a silicone gel toe cap sleeve could work though, but make sure it's body safe!

Only complaint is that they don't carry all five sizes pictured and I could really use the 0.75 inch width one. The 5/8th inch one I have is too restrictive now and I regret getting the 1inch width because it's too large and pulling in parts I don't intend to pump.

I had been considering going with the 5/8" model, but am really happy that I chose the 1" -- really great fit, and the lip around the base of the tube is helpful for making sure that it doesn't cut/press into your skin or otherwise cause discomfort, so if you are between sizes I would definitely recommend sizing up.

Personally, pumping has never done much to increase my size, but I find it super fun for increasing sensitivity and for teasing/denial play. Make sure you also grab/order a free brochure on pumping from Come As You Are for extra tips and tricks!

I had a pump from an older, cheaper pump set that I outgrew that also had a quick-connect attachment, and was able to use it with this tube! The connection isn't perfect, so I need to pay attention when I'm actively using the pump, but that's not a deal-breaker for me at all

Final note: the LA Pumps logo is a clear sticker, which was a plus for me since I could remove it for better visuals :)
